24/7 ARMED RESPONSE
South End Security Company have a dedicated team of well trained armed response officers who patrol the areas we operate in and Control Centre staff who monitor communication systems between our clients premises and our armed response teams either via off-site CCTV, 2 way radio and in-car surveillance systems.
All our armed response officers are registered with Grade C Armed Response guarding and accredited by SAIDSA.
All our officers are registered with PSiRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) and have achieved the required grades, pertaining to their post/position, these grades comprise the following:s.
GRADE C (PROTECTION OF INFORMATION OFFICER)
Security Officers trained on how to protect Classified information of civilians.
Officers are introduced professionally in the Private Security Industry, and also know what is expected from them with regard to upholding the Law as Security Officers.
How to conduct Access Control at the egress point
GRADE B (SUPERVISION)
Officers are in supervisory role as well as how to conduct On Job Training, Handling of Parade and the Hosting and lowering of Flags.
GRADE A (MANAGEMENT)
Security Officers are trained on how to manage a site where an incident has taken place, also how to gather evidence during accidents and incidents on site
