Alarm Activation & Reaction

When an alarm is triggered by one of your intruder devices on your premises the signal is transmitted via the two way radio to our control room, simultaneously our system sends you the client and SMS notifying you of the alarm activation.  Control room staff then call your cell phone or landline numbers to communicate with you about the alarm activation. We also dispatch an armed response vehicle to your premises to investigate the incident.
